Hi all we are still in the land of the living - 1 or 2 upset tums still but most of us are now fine.

Have had some glorious saiing over the last 24 hrs - warm nights flying the spinnaker under the moonlight.

Lots of pilot whales and dolphins playing in the bow wave.

Those on board were sad about Wally, the migrating bird. who passed away this morning and was commited to the deep.

Just rounded Cape Finistere, dropped the spinnaker as it is quite lively, though still cracking along.

Well what can I say no change except a few more ill !

But still spirits are high, but got even higher when we were visited by a groop of Dolphins who swam with the boat, we all rushed to the bow to see them in their natural beauty. A whale was also swimming with us.

So, on the wildlife front all is good, just what we all needed.

We have hit the Bat of Biscay and the wind has decided to leave us for dead we are floating backwards, with Minerva behind us in the distance.

Spirits are high on board despite skipper and others going down with a killer bug!!!

The night's drifting have been lighted by great moonlight along with frustration and a banging boom but still we do not give up hope.

Hi all at home!

After a good start on the good ship Juno, the fickle winds didn't play to our favour and we dropped back to third with the others, Minerva, Isis and Diana not far ahead.

As the wind dropped in western Solent just managed to drift facing in all directions as we travelled up The Needles Channel.

Everything settled and we've had a great time as we head now into Biscay
